Its always a hit or miss with this branch. Half the time, the food is fresh and delicious. The other half, its either cold or missing parts of the order. I definitely enjoy the coffee's however. Made fresh, of course. Could use some improvements
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. SLOWEST WORKERS ON THE PLANET. RUDE LIKE THE CUSTOMER IS INCONVIENCING THEM. & PAID THE FOR THE OVERSPRICED STEAK EGG & CHEESE BAGEL. GUESS WHAT I GOT? A PIECE OF SLIMY WAS NASTY ASS SAUSAGE. I CALLED BACK TO LET KNOW & THEY NEED TO REPLACE IT. THEY SAID THEY WOULD BUT WITH AN ATTITUDE AND CRACKING JOKES WITH THE OTHER WORKERS ABOUT IT SAYING STUFF LIKE "IT'S NOT THAT BIG OF A DEAL" YES IT IS BIG DEAL TO ME CAUSE THEY TOOK 10 MINUTES TO BRING THE FOOD. YOU WOULD THINK WITH ALL THAT EXTRA TIME, THEY WOULD GET THE ORDER RIGHT. AND I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER AT THE TIME. MAYBE IF THEY WERE NICE AND DISPLAYED THE TINNIEST BIT OF CUSTOMER APPRECIATION. LIKE AN APOLOGY I WOULDN'T HAVE TO TYPE THIS NOVEL ABOUT HOW HORRIBLE THIS LOCATION WAS!
